We believe that providing high-quality veterinary care is predicated on a mutually-respectful, collaborative relationship between the veterinarian and client.
We strive to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and staff.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for offensive, rude, belligerent, or aggressive behaviour towards any members of our staff. Those that choose not to respect our boundaries will receive a notice of termination of service and have their records transferred to another clinic of their choice.
Our building is not wheelchair accessible but we welcome your direction on how we can accommodate you to attend your appointment with your pet. Curbside and telemedicine appointments are also available.
