To ensure that all of our patients receive prompt and dedicated attention, we are appointment-only. We do not see walk-ins. When booking your appointment, please mention any issues you wish to discuss with the vet so we ensure enough time is scheduled for your pet.
We are typically booking 3-4 weeks in advance for non-urgent appointments such as annual exams and vaccines. Please plan accordingly if your pet is nearing a due date or if you require proof of vaccination for boarding or grooming.
We understand that life happens, but whenever possible we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellations. Clients who repeatedly cancel on short notice or miss their appointments may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit prior to booking future appointments. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule if the vet cannot accommodate their appointment within the remaining time.
