If we are closed or you are unable to reach us, please call the Hamilton Region Emergency Veterinary Clinic at 905 529 1004. They are located at 50 Dundurn St S in the Fortino’s plaza at King and Dundurn.

We actively monitor our appointment schedule and reserve several blocks per day for emergencies. We always aim to accommodate our clients for same-day appointments if necessary, however we do not “squeeze-in” extra appointments or see walk-ins because this compromises the care we can provide to our pre-scheduled patients. Our staff will listen to your concerns on the phone and triage as appropriate. If we are not able to see you or if it sounds like your pet is experiencing a severe emergency that may require 24 hour intensive care, we may refer you directly to an emergency or referral clinic.
